What to expect
The flagship: Chambers Bay's wheated bourbon aged more than four years in a floating boathouse on Puget Sound, made grain to bottle from Washington grain and a proprietary wild yeast. Bottled at 95 proof; the distillery lists sea-salted caramel and honey wheat bread with toasted oak, candied orange peel and dark chocolate.
