What to expect
Chambers Bay bourbon aged 4+ years in charred new oak on Puget Sound, then finished up to six months in an ex-Madeira cask and bottled at 92 proof. Released in small annual batches at the tasting room (Release #3 in November 2025). The distillery describes salted caramel and honey wheat bread with sweet Madeira, candied orange and dark chocolate.
