What to expect
Chambers Bay's oldest bourbon, released once a year as a single barrel, bottled in bond at 100 proof after five-plus years in the floating boathouse (the 2025 barrel was about six years old, around 100 bottles). Recent releases are described with orange citrus, butterscotch and caramel, salted caramel and candied orange peel.
