What to expect

Reservoir bourbon aged at least two years in quarter casks and finished 12 to 18 months in a milk stout barrel, released once a year at 107 proof. The distillery cites chai spice, cedar, warm honey and pipe tobacco, clove, cinnamon and sweet tea, and a chocolatey, minty finish.
