Reservoir's founding bourbon from Richmond, Virginia is made from a 100% corn mash, pot-distilled and aged in the distillery's small alligator-char barrels, then bottled at 100 proof. The distillery lists vanilla, chalk, corn and toast, then char, pencil shavings, coffee and pecan, with tobacco leaf and sweet cherry on the finish.
