What to expect
A Reservoir bourbon matured two to three years in small alligator-char barrels, then finished up to two and a half years in a Richmond craft-brewery stout barrel and bottled at 107 proof, two or three times a year. The distillery notes peach, orange marmalade, gingerbread and toasted pecan, banana candy and chocolate cake, and a warm cinnamon-nutmeg finish.
