The uncut, unfiltered version of Chattanooga's Barrel 91 high-malt straight bourbon, drawn straight from the 4,000-gallon solera that blends roughly 100 barrels of varied age and char; about 116 proof. Sold only to Full Proof tour guests at the Riverfront Distillery. The distillery notes dark chocolate cherries, chocolate malt balls, dried fig and honey-dipped pretzel.
