What to expect
An annual anniversary blend set by founder Tim Piersant from three solera barrels at the Riverfront Distillery: the Indiana-distilled 1816 bourbon, the house Barrel 91 high-malt bourbon and an evolving 'Infinity' blend. The 14th edition is a blend of straight whiskeys, 2+ years old, at 100 proof; notes are maraschino cherry, honey graham cracker, cream cheese frosting and spiced walnut.
