What to expect

Chattanooga Whiskey's yearly single-barrel series: uncut, unfiltered barrels of its Tennessee High Malt bourbon mash bills (including peated, wheated and roasted-malt versions), all over four years old. Proof changes by barrel; no general tasting notes are published, but the high specialty-malt mash points toward malt, chocolate and caramel.

Expected notes: Malt, Caramel, Dark chocolate, Toasted oak, Brown sugar.
