What to expect

Bear Creek's original bourbon recipe with whole wheat in place of the dark rye, matured in 30-gallon American oak barrels in Denver and bottled at 90 proof. The distillery cites vanilla, oak and caramel on the nose and a slightly sweet palate of caramel and fruit.

Expected notes: Vanilla, Toasted oak, Caramel, Baked apple, Honey.
