What to expect

Bear Creek's all-wheat whiskey: 100% organic whole wheat, matured in new 30-gallon American oak in Denver and bottled at 90 proof, each barrel its own batch. No official tasting notes; an all-wheat mash in small new barrels usually reads soft, bready and sweet.

Expected notes: Fresh bread, Honey, Vanilla, Caramel, Toasted oak.
