What to expect

Bear Creek Distillery's flagship, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged in house in Denver: corn, dark rye and barley, aged at least four years in 53-gallon American oak and bottled at 90 proof. The distillery describes spice and oak on the nose, then a creamy palate of cereal grain, clove and fruit.

Expected notes: Toasted oak, Rye spice, Cereal grain, Clove, Cream, Baked apple.
