What to expect

Single malt aged 5 to 7 years in virgin American oak, then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled at 90 proof. Expect dark dried fruit and nuttiness layered onto the malt.

Expected notes: Raisin, Fig, Dried cherry, Walnut, Caramel, Malt.
