What to expect

A double-distilled single malt aged in new American oak and then finished through a solera, bottled at 86 proof. The lower proof and solera make it the gentlest of the lineup.

Expected notes: Butterscotch, Brown sugar, Dried apricot, Baked apple, Malt.
