Southern Grace's flagship, distilled and aged in a 1929 prison camp in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina: a sour-mash straight bourbon barreled at 105 proof and bottled at cask strength from single barrels after at least four years. The current North Carolina listing is 104 proof. The distillery describes a sweet finish with strong vanilla, clove and caramel.
