A seven-year-old bonded bourbon from Southern Grace: eight barrels all filled in February 2019, blended over three days and cut to 100 proof. The distillery's notes run from cut hay, light red fruit and honey on the nose to honey-and-molasses sweetness, a little cocoa and oak, and baking spice on the finish.
