An Irish pot-still-inspired whiskey from Delaware: mostly barley with rye and smoked malt, double-distilled in a hybrid pot still and aged two years in used Diamond State rye barrels. Painted Stave notes orange, grass and caramel-toffee, then a light, sweet, spicy palate with cereal, brown bread and soft smoke.
