Olde Raleigh's uncut batches, blended from bourbons aged 4 to 20 years in several states. Batch 1 (Genesis) was 116 proof and Batch 2 (Velvet Flame) 118.9; the distillery's notes lean on cinnamon red-hot candy, caramel, vanilla and oak.
