KOVAL's 100% organic rye, aged in 30-gallon charred oak and then finished in former maple syrup casks; bottled as numbered single barrels at 100 proof, non-chill filtered. KOVAL lists cinnamon, tart cherry and molasses with butterscotch and maple, and a long, creamy chai-like finish.
