What to expect
A 100% Texas yellow corn bourbon pot-distilled and aged in small American oak barrels in Houston, where big temperature swings drive about 15% annual angel's share. It is bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV); the producer notes rich caramel and vanilla with a floral hint.
Expected notes: Caramel, Vanilla, Sweet corn, Honeysuckle, Fresh oak.
