What to expect

An annual experimental release whose recipe, wood and proof change every year; the 2025 edition, Sweet Oak, was bottled at 110.4 proof, while 2024 was a 90.4-proof Madeira cask finish. Treat each year as its own whiskey and check the label for that edition's process.

Expected notes: Toasted oak, Dried cherry, Clove, Black tea, Vanilla.
