What to expect
A barrel-proof, non-chill-filtered blend of 4-, 6- and 8-year-old Kentucky straight rye, the rye counterpart to Rare Breed bourbon. Full strength and a spread of ages point to a big, layered rye with sweetness, dried fruit and plenty of spice and heat.
Expected notes: Rye spice, Caramel, Baked apple, Honey, Charred oak, Ethanol heat.
