What to expect

Individual barrels selected and bottled at 100 proof; the distillery describes its Single Barrel Reserve picks as at least four years old. Each barrel will differ, but expect more oak and depth than the standard bottling.

Expected notes: Caramel, Toasted oak, Black pepper, Vanilla, Pecan.
