Tommyrotter of Buffalo, New York blends three Indiana straight bourbons (high-corn, high-wheat and high-rye) into a four-grain bourbon, then finishes it three months in Taub Family Selections' Heritance Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels; non-chill filtered at 95 proof. Tommyrotter lists honey on the nose and vanilla and brandied cherry on the finish.
