What to expect

A single-grain rye from 100% Florida 401 Black Rye, an heirloom variety grown in the Florida Panhandle, distilled in Crestview and bottled unfiltered at 93 proof. The distillery says black rye brings a darker, earthier spice than commercial rye.

Expected notes: Rye spice, Rye bread, Black pepper, Forest floor, Clove, Dark chocolate.
