What to expect
A bonded, non-chill-filtered single-barrel rye made from revived Rosen heirloom rye grown at the Kline Family Farm two miles from the Lititz distillery; the current barrel is 58 months old. Dick Stoll ran the first Rosen batch in nearly 50 years in 2019, and the distillery plans it as a core product.
