What to expect
A 10-year straight bourbon blended and finished by Dancing Goat Distillery from orphaned early-2000s MGP test-run barrels the Maas family collected. Components were aged in North and South American oak, some double-oaked, then slowly proofed to 94. Dancing Goat lists milk chocolate, ripe strawberry and chai, then brown sugar, sweet cream, vanilla and cardamom.
