What to expect
Stillhouse's flagship: a clear corn whiskey distilled in a copper pot still and charcoal filtered, sold in a stainless steel can at 80 proof. The producer calls it 100% clear corn whiskey, unaged in style.
Expected notes: Sweet corn, Corn husk, Grits, Ethanol heat.
