Single barrels of Starlight's estate bourbon from the Huber family farm distillery in Borden, Indiana, chosen through what Starlight calls the largest single-barrel finishing program in the country: straight, double-oaked (American, French or Hungarian oak), toasted and cask-finished barrels, typically bottled around 110 proof. Character varies barrel to barrel.
