An annual lot blended from 25 casks (ex-bourbon, re-toasted French oak, apple brandy and Sauternes-style wine casks), averaging about 6.5 years with a 5-year youngest component, at 43% ABV. Roasted barley and a touch of wood smoke suggest nutty, cocoa-tinged malt with orchard fruit.
