Dave Phinney's house bourbon, distilled on a 20-plate Vendome column on Mare Island, California from grain grown within 50 miles (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley). It is aged at least three years in Seguin Moreau #3-char oak, with a portion finished about two months in Phinney's Cabernet barrels, and bottled at 100 proof.
