What to expect

Preservation's rarest bottling: a handful of 20-year casks, much of their aging spent in the Bardstown barrel house, bottled at cask strength (114-122 proof). Expect deep oak, dark sugar and dried fruit.

Expected notes: Brown sugar, Fig, Toasted oak, Pipe tobacco, Leather, Oak tannin.
