What to expect
Pinhook's annual rye vertical, following 450 MGP 95% rye barrels from 4 to 16 years. The current release is 10 years old, blended from just 25 barrels at 106 proof, with dried fig, white chocolate, molasses cookie and black pepper, then dates, almond frangipane, burnt honey and juniper per Pinhook.
