What to expect

Pinckney Bend's yearly heirloom-corn whiskey from New Haven, Missouri: each release is distilled from one historic corn variety grown with local farmers, in whatever quantity that year's crop gives. Ages have run from one year to three and a half (2023 Wapsie Valley). The 2016 Hickory Cane was described as molasses and clove on the nose with a nutty, toasted-walnut sweetness.

Expected notes: Sweet corn, Molasses, Clove, Walnut, Grits.
