Billed as Buffalo's first whiskey since Prohibition, this bonded wheated bourbon is distilled in small batches in Buffalo's Larkinville from Western New York corn, wheat and malted barley, aged at least five years in Adirondack-coopered new charred oak, and bottled one barrel per batch. Expect a soft, easy-drinking wheated profile.
