An Old Charter Oak release of Buffalo Trace Mash Bill #1 bourbon aged in barrels from hand-sorted, open-air-seasoned staves coopered at Canton Cooperage. Buffalo Trace lists it at 92 proof (Iowa lists 95) with caramel and berries, vanilla and maple, then oak, chocolate and pepper.
