Matchstick Straight Bourbon Whiskey

What to expect

McClintock's organic straight bourbon from heirloom yellow king corn, red fife wheat and Danko rye, stone-milled in Frederick, Maryland and bottled at 90 proof; the distillery calls it less sweet than a typical bourbon. It notes honey and figs, bold tobacco and charcoal, and a light vanilla, caramel and butterscotch finish.
