Mammoth Woolly Bourbon

What to expect

Mammoth Distilling's house bourbon, pot-distilled in Central Lake, Michigan from Northern Michigan-grown grain and Torch Lake aquifer water, then aged in new charred oak at the distillery's Torch Lake rickhouse. The high-rye mash carries a small dose of caramel malt; bottled at 92 proof.
