Legent Kentucky Straight Bourbon

What to expect

A Beam Suntory collaboration: Kentucky straight bourbon distilled by Fred Noe at Jim Beam, part of which is finished in red-wine and sherry casks and then blended back with straight bourbon by Suntory chief blender Shinji Fukuyo. Bottled at 94 proof; the sherry casks bring spice, raisin and dried fruit and the red-wine casks a light tartness.

Expected notes: Raisin, Dried cherry, Caramel, Cinnamon, Plum, Toasted oak.
