A four-grain straight bourbon double pot distilled by Spirits of French Lick in West Baden Springs, Indiana, fermented with two yeasts and aged in toasted-then-charred #2 barrels in a cool indoor chai; bottled-in-bond at 100 proof. Oats bring a creamy texture and caramel malt a sweet layer.
