The first release in Knob Creek's limited Blender's Edition series, a Kentucky straight bourbon aged at least ten years and bottled at 106 proof, blended by Freddie Noe's team to lean into the sweeter side of the Knob Creek profile. Beam describes bold vanilla, confectionery sweetness and a soft, oaky finish.
