An extra-aged small-batch bourbon from two to four barrels, made from Texas grain, barreled at low entry proof and cellar-aged in toasted-then-charred barrels from The Oak Cooperage (Silver Oak Winery); 90 proof. Producer notes: buttery texture, hazelnut, toffee, maple, vanilla and brown sugar.
