The estate bourbon in Iron Fish's Mad Angler series, fully distilled and aged on the distillery's working farm near Thompsonville, Michigan. A wheat-led mash with a touch of estate rye, released in numbered batches at 92 proof. Iron Fish describes corn pops, fresh rolls, light pepper and tobacco, with a dry, cereal-like palate.
