What to expect

The aged version of the Staley family's 200-year-old rye recipe (65% rye, 20% corn, malted barley), double pot distilled on century-old stills at the Staley Mill Farm in New Carlisle, Ohio; hickory staves go into the barrels to echo the original hickory-barrel whiskey.

Expected notes: Caramel, Black pepper, Rye spice, Dried cherry, Toasted oak, Cream.
