What to expect

Decatur, Georgia's Independent Distilling makes Hellbender from Riverview Farms corn (83% corn, 17% malted barley) and ages it in new charred American white oak; batches vary with the wood. The distillery describes oak and vanilla, corn, burnt orange and baking spice.

Expected notes: Toasted oak, Vanilla, Sweet corn, Orange peel, Cinnamon, Caramel.
