What to expect

Bourbon made entirely from Jimmy Red, a magenta landrace corn from James Island that High Wire helped bring back from near extinction. Aged at least four years in char 3.5 oak; expect a rich, corn-forward sip with honey, citrus and a coffee-ish edge.

Expected notes: Sweet corn, Honey, Lemon zest, Espresso, Toasted oak, Cinnamon.
