What to expect
A twice-barreled bourbon: after its first stint in new oak it moves into a second new barrel with a different toast and char, ten years in all, and is bottled at 115 proof. Two rounds of fresh oak point toward a dense, dessert-like pour with plenty of wood.
Expected notes: Fudge, Pecan, Maple syrup, Caramel, Dark chocolate, Charred oak.
