Survivor's Cut Bourbon Whiskey

What to expect

Wilmington's first legally made bourbon since Prohibition, distilled by End of Days from River Bend Malt grains (68% corn, 22% malted barley, 10% rye). It is aged in #3-char, medium-toast new American oak, now 5+ years per the producer (Iowa lists 4 years). Iowa lists it at 93 proof.

Expected notes: Caramel, Vanilla, Malt, Toasted oak, Brown sugar.
