Eight Oaks Straight Rye Whiskey

What to expect

A farm-to-glass straight rye from Eight Oaks in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania, made from grain grown on the distillery's own farms, double-distilled, entered at 120 proof in #3-char new oak and aged at least two years in unregulated barrel barns. The distillery notes spiced cherries, wood and warm brown sugar.
