What to expect
A limited 10-year straight bourbon from Driftless Glen's grain-to-glass distillery in Baraboo, Wisconsin, bottled as single barrels at cask strength (proof varies by barrel); a 100-proof version is sold at the distillery and in WI and IL. No tasting notes are published; a decade in a Wisconsin rackhouse suggests deep caramel, oak and baking spice.
Expected notes: Caramel, Charred oak, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Leather, Dark chocolate.
Reference notes, written from the producer’s published facts. Not a tasting review. Producer page.
